The GreyHound in Broughton – We have opened another pub!
In early May 09 after a massive re furbishment, re development and partial re build we have re opening The GreyHound pub in Broughton - 10 mins straight up Hatt Hill opposite the Mill Arms.
This is "The English pub with the Italian accent". We have installed a wood burning clay pizza oven, direct from Italy and offer traditional pizza to eat in or to take away, plus "proper" (!) regional dishes from Italy. Reservations are HIGHLY advisable especially in the evenings. See our contact page for details.

21 Mar 2010 Murder on the Menu – A fun and amusing Murder Mystery with 3 course dinner.
Arrive at 7pm for drinks, dinner 7.30pm prompt and the evening will conclude approx 10.30pm Very popular and great fun - tables of up to 10 guests possible. This is the only menu running tonight, along with two pub favs, for any of your friends/family who are not fond of chinese/thai food. There will be chilli beef, thai green vegetable curry, sweet and sour chicken, lemon & garlic king prawns & vegetable chow mein amongst other dishes. Reservations essential as we only cook to the number reserved.
 
29 Mar 2010 Curry Night – All you can eat buffet of 4 home made curries including a vegetarian curry, plus chutneys and poppadoms and rice. £10.00pp. No other menu runs tonight however we do 2 Pub Favourites dishes - Home baked Ham, free rane eggs and chips with salad garnish or Home made lasagne with side salad if you have a non curry eater who would still like to enjoy a night out with their curry eating friends.
