First and foremost, The Mill Arms is a 'local country' pub that is increasingly attracting those from quite some distance due to the standards, consistency and quality of our food and service. We serve lunch and dinner 6 days a week but lunch only on a Sunday (12-4pm - Please see our opening hours on the front page) - thanks.
The Mill Arms offers a stunning GRILL menu offering some of the best local ingredients, including superb 31 day aged steaks, local lamb and Broughton village water buffalo. We have sharing platters - selection of breads and dips, an English platter with our home made pork pies and scotch eggs with pickles as well as an American platter that includes griddled corn on the cob, mini corn dog, marinated chicken wings and ribs. But naturally we have lots of other tempting seafood and vegetarian options available to our guests.
Our three most popular dishes, after our excellent steaks, are the Cornish crab cakes, our fillet & sirloin burgers and our really juicy and tender full rack of marinated pork ribs (BBQ, Blue cheese or Chilli)
NEWS FLASH:- We have now installed a wood fired, clay pizza oven imported directly from Italy.
We make our own pizza dough and all pizzas are hand made in front of you! We are not sure who loves watching and eating them more - the kids or the adults!!!
So many Italians have told us that they are the best pizzas they have ever eaten - so why not come and put us to the test and see for yourself. We have over 10 different pizzas to choose from and if that is not enough - you are most welcome to choose your own toppings and create your personal masterpiece. (Pizza is available Wed - Sat inclusive)
All menu items - both from the GRILL menu and the PIZZA menu are prepared and cooked on site and fresh to order.
There are always lots of daily specials and if you have any food allergies or intolerances just let us know and we will ensure you still eat well.
Dine well, enjoy good wine, premium continental lagers and well kept real ales, relax in front of the fire or on the sofas and let us look after you.
We also serve very popular home cooked Sunday roasts which are priced from £10.50 per person. Children's roasts are also available.
There is a dedicated children's menu so that they can feel as grown up as the grown ups (!) but we are more than happy to adapt any dish from the menus available, to suit a child's taste and appetite. We do not sell chicken nuggets etc.
